We support the sustainable future, and follow the development of electric and hybrid cars, so that we are always aware of what is happening in the field and can update our equipment continuously.
The heating supply at the campsite is energy-efficient and modern heat pumps. The heat pumps provide our heating in all the campsite's buildings. And then they also ensure that there is hot water in the taps.
There are water savers at all taps, and our shared showers are supplied with mixed water, and then there are hours to avoid unnecessarily long baths. All our water used on the campsite is soft water, which also saves on cleaning agents and avoids calcification, which will require untimely replacement of installations.
Today we sort waste as prescribed by our waste disposal company. We are actually not satisfied with that at all. So in the future we will sort a lot more. A total of 11 different factions, for the benefit of our common environment. We hope you will be well received.
When we mow our green lawns, we leave the clippings in tiny pieces, which help to improve soil quality and fertilize the soil, so we are free to add artificial fertilizers. We therefore also do not use energy to drive away grass clippings. Finally, our lawnmowers have the latest technology in terms of fuel consumption.
All light sources are LED or energy-saving bulbs, which use far less energy than incandescent bulbs. LED and energy-saving bulbs also have a significantly longer lifespan than incandescent bulbs, so replacement and disposal is much less frequent. The bulbs provide a pleasant soft light, for the benefit of our and your well-being.
In our administration and reception, we save as much paper as possible. For example, you will be sent your receipt/voucher by e-mail. We ensure that all our electrical appliances go to sleep when not in use, so that they do not use unnecessary power.
All our cleaning products are, as far as possible, Nordic Swan-labelled products. The Nordic Ecolabel is a guarantee that the products meet strict environmental requirements and take human health into account. At the same time, the use of environmentally friendly cleaning agents provides a better working environment and conditions for our cleaning staff.
