The heating supply at the campsite is energy-efficient and modern heat pumps. The heat pumps provide heating in all the campsite's buildings. They also ensure that there is hot water in the taps.
There are water savers at all taps, and our communal showers are supplied with mixed water, and there are timers on, to avoid unnecessarily long baths. All our tap water at the campsite is soft water, which also saves on cleaning agents and avoids limescale, which would require untimely replacement of installations.
Today we sort waste as our waste disposal company prescribes. We are actually not happy with that at all. So in the future we will sort a lot more. A whole 11 different fractions, for the benefit of our common environment. We hope you will welcome it.
When we mow our green lawns, we leave the clippings in tiny pieces, which help improve soil quality and fertilize the soil, so we are free from adding artificial fertilizers. We also do not use energy to drive grass clippings away. Finally, our lawn mower has the latest technology in terms of fuel consumption.
All light sources are LED or energy-saving bulbs, which use far less energy than incandescent bulbs. LED and energy-saving bulbs also have a significantly longer lifespan than incandescent bulbs, so replacement and disposal are much less frequent. The bulbs provide a pleasant, soft light, beneficial to our and your well-being.
In our administration and reception, we save on paper as much as possible. For example, you will receive your receipt/receipt by email. We ensure that all our electrical appliances go into sleep mode when they are not in use, so that they do not use unnecessary electricity.
All our cleaning products are, as far as possible, Nordic Ecolabelled products. The Nordic Ecolabel is a guarantee that the products meet strict environmental requirements and take human health into account. At the same time, the use of environmentally friendly cleaning products provides a better working environment and conditions for our cleaning staff.
